Create and Share Folders

Now you can organize your uploaded files into folders! Even better, you can make them into Shared Folders so you only have to send a single link to all the files you want to share in each folder. This feature is available to sendspace Max™ and Pro™ members. To create a folder, login to your account and navigate to your ‘MyFiles’ page. From there you can create folders and move your files around.

In your new folder options you can choose to change the default setting (Private) to Shared. We will then create a link for you to give to others. We even supply an RSS feed for shared folders! When someone goes to your folder they will see a list of files and have the ability to download any files there.

Obviously, visitors will not be able to edit or delete your files. This is an ideal way to share multiple files without having to provide a link for every file. Also, as you update your folder by adding, editing or deleting files, visitors to your folder will see the changes instantly. We are sure this new feature, available to sendspace Max™ and Pro™ members, will prove very popular, and be another reason why Lite™ members will want to upgrade to our low-cost premium services.
